Order Details: COPY OF ORDER Pdf Text: 23. IA 2/25 FIR No. 260/2021 State Vs. Manoj Garg PS Sonia Vihar 16.02.2026 Present: Sh. Ratnesh Kumar Gupta, Ld. Addl. PP for the State. Accused in person with counsel Ms. Apurva Upmanyu. IO/Inspector Yogender Singh in person. Reply to the superdari application has already been filed by the IO. However, the same is not forwarded by the SHO concerned. IO submits that he shall file the fresh comprehensive report duly forwarded by SHo concerned. Further, it is also apprised by Ld. Counsel for accused/applicant that application seeking discharge in the matter is pending adjudication and the same is listed alongwith the chargesheet on 19.03.2026. It is further stated by Ld. Counsel that material sought to be released on superdari ought to be released by the IO as the said articles were not for the purpose of circulation in the market and these were only samples. In the considered view of this court, the discharge application moved by the accused as well as the Superdari application shall be decided together as any opinion expressed in one application may have a bearing upon the other.
