An application has been moved on behalf of the
complainant namely Pushpendra Singh Bhadauria for releasing the
amount of Rs. 12,32,000/-to him.
Present: Ld. APP for the State.
Shri Udit Kumar, Ld. Counsel for the applicant.
As per reply of IO, he has no objection to release the
seized amount in favour of the applicant/victim.
Submission heard. Application perused.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and
upon considering the reply of the IO, the application stands allowed.
Hence, the concerned Bank Manager of RBL Bank A/c No.
409002247404, IFSC RATN0000194 of Ms. Upvastra Fashions Pvt.
Ltd. is directed to the amount of Rs. 2,15,000/- and the Bank Manager
of Central Bank of India A/c No. 5591710328, IFSC CBIN0280963 of
Zerv Valiyaparambil is directed to release the amount of Rs. 1,65,150/-
(in total Rs. 3,80,150/-) to the complainant Pushpendra Singh Bhadau-
ria in his Kotak Mahindra Bank bearing A/c No. 4011329518, IFSC
Code KKBK2224608.
The applicant shall file an indemnity bond in the sum of
Rs. 3,80,150/- before the IO so that in case the said amount is claimed
by someone else later, the applicant shall indemnify the said claimant to
the extent of money released to her.
Copy of this order be given dasti to the applicant and IO.
