FIR was registered against the parties and subsequently both the sides had
settled the matter. Upon enquiry, co-complainant Rizwan submits that he
does not wish to pursue the matter any further as the dispute between the
parties have already been resolved. Further, co-complainant Rizwan submits
that his father Ashraf (complainant) has already expired in the year 2024.
Separate statement of complainant has been recorded to this effect.
In view of the statement made by complainant, the present
application u/s 156(3) Cr.PC read with complaint us/ 200 Cr.PC is
disposed off as withdrawn.
