Pawan who gave money to Raj Kumar for buying the gold and the gold was in melted
form.
IO is directed to file the statement of Pawan and the disclosure statement
of Raj Kumar. IO himself has mentioned that since the looted gold was melted by the
accused, TIP could not be done.
