This is an application on behalf of the applicant namely Vinit,
seeking direction to the IO to release the seized amount of
Rs.60,000/- to the applicant.

As per reply of IO, he has no objection in releasing the
amount of Rs.60,000/- in favour of the applicant.
Submission heard. Application perused.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and
upon considering the reply of the IO, the application stands al-
lowed. Hence, the concerned Bank Manager/IO is directed to re -
lease the said amount of Rs.60,000/- to the applicant from SBI
Bank, A/c 42640102615, IFSC: SBIN0020888 to PNB Bank, A/c
No. 2256001700041804, IFSC: PUNB0225600. The applicant
shall file an indemnity before the IO that in case the said amount is
claimed by someone else later, the applicant shall indemnify the
said claimant to the extent of money released to him/ her.
