is dishonor for the reason ‘cheque irregularly drawn/ amount in words and figures
differs’.
In order further explain the reason for dishonour and that if the account
is being maintained by the proposed accused, it is pertinent to call the bank official.
Hence, notice be issued to the Bank Manager/ AR of the Bank Manager of the Canara
Bank, patparganj DTC Deppot, Delhi-110092 on filing of PF within 7 days.
Complainant is directed to get the service of the dasti court notice done
at his end also through all permissible modes. Dasti summons allowed.
