Matter is at the stage of arguments on application U/s. 145(2) NI
Act/CE.
Application U/s. 145(2) NI Act filed by the accused alongwith
proof of supply of aforesaid application to opposite side on whatsapp, without
mentioning the phone number. Taken on record.
Ld. Counsel for the complainant submits that he has not received
the aforesaid copy. Copy be supplied to opposite side.
It is further clarified that if aforesaid application is allowed on
NDOH, the cross examination shall be conducted on same day.
Matter is adjourned due to want of accused.
No intimation/exemption qua the absence of accused received.
Even accused has not appeared through VC.
Let fresh B/Ws be issued against the accused upon filing PF by the
complainant within 15 working days and B/Ws be executed by the concerned
SHO.
