One Anand Awasthi has joined from the accused, however he
has not complied with direction of the court. He is given
warning that no proceeding will be conducted without
switching on the camera. He is still not switching on the
camera and accordingly, he is being muted. He is unmuted after
switching on the camera but he is not responding to the court
calls. He is deliberately doing the same as his camera is also
not switched on. He is directed to appear before the court at
11:00am.
Accused in person.
Matter is at the stage of CE.
Today last opportunity was granted to accused to cross examine the
complainant.
Be awaited till 11:00am
