He was apprised that same will be decided after hearing the opposite counsel. Counsel for the complainant opposed the same stating the at on LDOH adjournment was sought and same is only delay tactics. Adjournment is allowed as last and final opportunity subject to producing medical document of his wife, else cost of Rs.2000/-will be imposed upon the accused. It is further directed that CE will be closed on NDOH for reason whatsoever. Last opportunity is granted to counsel for the accused to argue on application U/s. 143A, else it will be deemed that he has not objection, if the application is allowed. Put up for CE on 15.01.2024.
