Perusal of the record shows that counsel for the accused has been
delaying the cross examination of the complainant since 21.07.2023 and
adjournments have been sought on one pretext or the other. The accused has not
been pursuing the matter diligently. Several opportunities have been granted to
the accused for conduct of cross examination of the complainant.
It is clarified that one ultimate opportunity is being granted
to counsel for the accused for completion of cross examination on
NDOH.
