Present: Sh. Sumit Bansal, Ld. counsel for the complainant through VC.
Accused in person.
Matter is at the stage of CE.
Ld. Counsel for the complainant submits that no further payment
has been received on behalf of complainant and only Rs. 32,000/- has been
received out of Rs. 80,000/- as per mediation settlement order dt. 17.05.2024.
Accused further submits that the mediation settlement order was
entered without violation and he is not ready to pay the remaining settlement
amount. Therefore, the matter be proceeded with.
No application U/s. 145(2) NI Act received till date.
Accused is directed to file application U/s. 145(2) NI Act with
advance copy to opposite side before NDOH.
It is clarified that if the aforesaid application is allowed on
NDOH, the cross examination of the complainant shall be conducted on
the same day.
Matter is adjourned due to want of both the counsels for
parties.
Both the parties are directed to remain present in person on
NDOH.
Last opportunity is granted to the accused to cross examine the
complainant on NDOH.
