Accused submits that Rs. 32,000/- has been paid to the complainant
as per the mediation settlement order in month of June-July 2024. The veracity
of the abovesaid submission will be considered on NDOH as none appeared on
behalf of the complainant.
No application U/s. 145(2) NI Act received till date.
Accused submits that he seeks some time to engage LAC in the
present matter. Accordingly, accused is referred to DLSA for legal assistance.
Accordingly, at request of accused matter be relisted for arguments
on At oral request, accused is allowed to cross examine the complainant U/s.
145(2) NI Act and CE on 19.05.2025.
