Matter is at the stage of framing of notice.
Bail bonds not furnished today. Time sought. Heard, allowed for
NDOH.
Notice U/s 251 Cr.PC r/w Section 263(g) Cr.PC has been served
upon the accused and his/her plea of defence is recorded.
The statement of accused under section 294 Cr.PC admitting
certain documents / facts is also recorded separately.
Keeping in view that accused has admitted certain facts/
documents which have been exhibited in original on the instructions of the
court by the Reader-cum-Ahlmad of this court and stamp of the court has
been put, formal witnesses mentioned in the list of witnesses attached with
the present complaint by the complainant are thereby dropped.
Ld counsel for the accused is directed to file application U/s.
145(2) NI Act, if any within 15 days and advance copy be supplied to
counsel for the complainant.
Put up for arguments on application/CE on 21.09.2023.
