Matter is at the stage of SA.
Vide previous order the accused was directed to be present in
person for recording SA. Also, on LDOH his NBWs were cancelled. The accused
has not put in appearance today.
Let fresh NBWs be issued against the accused upon filing PF by the
complainant within 15 working days and NBWs be executed by the concerned
SHO.
It is also clarified that in interest of justice, final opportunity
is granted to accused address arguments on application U/s. 143A NI Act,
otherwise application will be decided on merits.
Be awaited for accused.
