NBWs received back unexecuted. Family member intimated.
An application for cancellation of NBWs has been received on the
ground that the husband of the accused was not well and she was taking care of him,
hence could not appear before this court on the LDOH. Medical documents furnished.
Submissions heard and record perused.
Accused undertakes that he shall appear on each and every date in future.
Ld. counsel also gives his undertaking to let the accused appear on each and every date
in future. Heard.
Taking a lenient view in the present matter and in view of the
submissions made, NBWs issued against the accused Rachana Sharma are hereby
cancelled subject to cost of Rs.1,000/- to be deposited in the court.
Cost paid. Receipt be issued.
Accused is directed to file bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 40,000/-
alongwith surety of the like amount.
At this stage, personal bonds furnished. Same are accepted till NDOH.
Surety to appear on NDOH.
Ld Counsel for the complainant requests for an adjournment due to
unavailability of the witness. Allowed for today. No adjournment shall be granted on
NDOH.
Put up for CE on 21.08.2026.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per
rules.
