Present: Sh. Amit Kumar, Ld. counsel for complainant with
complainant.
EO/SI Sukhpal in person.
Matter is listed for compliance report in terms of order dated
29.07.2025.
SI Sukhpal submits that he is the newly appointed EO in the
present matter. Further, during the course of further enquiry, he has come to
know that Baiju Saif, to whom the property was sold by respdonent no.1 has
further transferred the property in favour of Nabi Hasan and the original
GPA, Gift Deed and Will dated 12.12.2003 are in possession of Mr. Hasan
only. Further, he submits that he is having continuous communication with
Nabi Hasan, however, he is not producing the documents on one pretext or
the other.
SI Sukhpal submits that he shall issue fresh notice to Nabi
Hasan to produce the property paper and will initiate appropriate criminal
proceedings against Mr. Hasan, in case he does not comply with the order.
SI Sukhpal is discharged for today. Issue fresh notice to IO/SI
Sukhpal through DCP concerned to appear in person on NDOH alongwith
further status report on 09.10.2025.
