Present: Sh. Amit Kumar, Ld. counsel for complainant with
complainant.
IO/SI Sukhpal Singh Rana in person.
Matter is fixed for filing of status report by IO/SI Sukhpal.
IO submits that he has obtained the originals of GPA, Gift Deed
and Will dated 12.12.2003 alleged to be executed by Khurshida Begum in
favour of respondent no.1 from the custody of Nabi Hasan. Further, he has
also procured account opening form of Khurshida Begum wherein her thumb
impression are appended. IO submits that he shall now send the questioned
signatures on questioned documents i.e. ( GPA, Gift Deed and Will dated
12.12.2003) and the admitted signatures on admitted documents i.e. account
opening form in order to seek opinion about the authenticity of signature of
Khurshida Begum on the questioned documents.
At this stage, IO/SI Sukhpal submits that FSL, Rohini gives its
opinion only on those matters where the FIR has been registered and
therefore, court may issue necessary directions to FSL, Rohini to give its
opinion on the authenticity of the thumb impression of Khurshida Begum on
the documents.
Heard. Considered.
EO/SI Sukhpal to submit/deposit the questioned and the
admitted documents with the FSL within 10 days from today and Director,
FSL is requested to provide its opinion on or before the NDOH.
Re-list for further proceedings on 08.01.2026.
