Notice issued to IO received back served.
As per the report filed by IO, she has issued notice to the nodal agency
Airtel for obtaining the CDR, CAF and location of mobile number used by complainant
and the alleged persons. It is further submitted that the nodal agency has filed the reply
that the CDR is not available.
In the present matter, the directions were issued to obtain the CDR in
September 2024, but the IO has failed to comply with the directions of the court and the
notice for obtaining the CDR has been issued on 13.07.2026 i.e. after almost 2 years of
order. There is delay on the part of the IO for obtaining the said CDR and complying with
the directions of the court.
Let copy of this order be sent to DCP concerned to take necessary action
against the IO who has not complied with the directions of the court.
IO submits that she will issue the fresh notice for obtaining the CAF of the
mobile numbers of the parties. She is directed to file fresh ATR on NDOH.
