Then EO SI Upkar Sharma submits that on receiving the
complaint he had visited the property alongwith complainant and found the
premises locked from inside. He submits that complainant has alleged during
inquiry that his premises have been forcefully possessed by the proposed
accused persons. EO submits that it is true that complainant has purchased
40 sq yards from the proposed accused persons. However, he had not at that
point of time alleged about any theft of the articles of the home.
Let notice be issued to SHO to depute an inquiry officer for the
present case to inquire into the allegations of criminal tress passing and theft
of the articles of complainant for NDOH.
