This is an application of superdari filed by Mittal
Finsec. Pvt. Ltd. for release of vehicle bearing no. DL1RS 4418.
Perusal of record shows that the registered owner of
the vehicle is Kawal Kishan and as per the reply of the IO the
vehicle was not insured on the date of the incident.
Since the application has been filed by the financer
and no document is on record to show that the registered owner
has defaulted on his payment.
No ground is made out for releasing the
aforementioned vehicle to the applicant.
Consequently, the present application is dismissed.
