Matter is at the stage of appearance of the accused.
Summons issued to the accused received back duly served.
Let B/Ws be issued against the accused in the sum of Rs. 5,000/- with one
surety of like amount upon filing of PF by the complainant within fifteen working days.
As there is complete break down of the internet and as various services are
completely shut down/delayed including tranportation, no adverse action is being taken
against the defaulting party.
Put up for appearance of accused on 18.10.2023.

In view of appearance of accused B/Ws are hereby cancelled.
Accused is admitted to bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- with one
surety in the like amount. Bail bonds not furnished. Time sought. Allowed. Accused is also
directed to upload the same on portal.
Notice U/s 251 Cr.PC r/w Section 263(g) Cr.PC has been served upon the
accused and his/her plea of defence is recorded.
The statement of accused under section 294 Cr.PC admitting certain
documents / facts is also recorded separately.
Keeping in view that accused has admitted certain facts/ documents which
have been exhibited in original on the instructions of the court by the Reader-cum-Ahlmad
of this court and stamp of the court has been put, formal witnesses mentioned in the list of
witnesses attached with the present complaint by the complainant are thereby dropped.
At this stage, both the parties orally submit that they wish to explore the
possibility of settlement and matter may be referred to Mediation. Let the matter be sent to
the mediation through physically on 25.07.2023, at 12:00pm
Copy of the order be sent to the concerned mediation center.
Matter be put up for settlement, if any / CE/further proceedings before this
court on 25.10.2023.
