Vide previous order dt. 28.02.2025, NBWs issued agianst the
accused were cancelled with warning to remain careful in future. Even today, no
intimation/exemption qua the absence of accused received. Even accused has not
appeared through VC.
Let fresh NBWs be issued against the accused upon filing PF by
the complainant within 15 working days and NBWs be executed by the
concerned DCP.

Oral exemption sought on behalf of the accused on the ground that

U/s. 311 Cr.P.C. on CIS Portal. Copy be supplied to opposite side.
Accused is directed to remain present in person on NDOH.
