Accused absent.
Surety Pradeep in person.
Matter is at the stage of SA.
Surety Pradeep submits that accused has communicated through
phone call and told him that he will appear in Court today.
The contact number of the accused through which phone call was
received is 7011545431.
Vide previous order, NBWs were issued against the accused with
warning to remain careful in future.
No intimation/exemption qua the absence of accused received.
Even accused has not appeared through VC.
Let fresh NBWs be issued against the accused upon filing PF by the
complainant within 15 working days and NBWs be executed by the concerned
DCP.
Complainant further prays that in eventuality of the
application filed for cancellation of NBWs an hearing may be allowed to
the complainant. Heard. Allowed.
SHO concerned is also directed to file the CDR details of the phone
number 7011545431 to trace the location of the accused on NDOH .
Copy of this order be sent to concerned SHO for due compliance.
