Fresh criminal appeal u/s 415 BNSS against the impugned judgment of conviction dated 13.10.2025 and order on sentence dated 02.12.2025 has already been received. Along with the appeal, an application u/s 430 BNSS seeking suspension of sentence and release of appellant on bail during the pendency of appeal has also been filed. Issue notice of this appeal to the respondent/complainant on taking steps within one week from today, which are returnable on 05.02.2026. Details of the complainant also be furnished along with the PF. The operation of the impugned order on sentence, under appeal is suspended during the pendency of this appeal. He is directed to furnish personal bond in a sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the ld. Trial court within seven working days from today and on filing of same, the ld. Trial court is directed to send the same in this court. The Record of the Ld.
