defendant no. 8 Aas Mohd. received back served on 29.12.2023.
No adverse order is passed today. WS be filed within three weeks
with advance copy to the opposite party.
Summons issued upon 3,4 and 5 received back
unserved with the report that address could not be traced out. RC
issued to defendant no. 6 received back with the report of `left’.
Summons issued upon defendant no. 1 not received back.
It is submitted by ld. Counsel for plaintiff that the
addresses filed on record of the defendants are the correct
addresses. Request for issuing
dasti summons.
Heard. Let fresh summons be issued upon defendant
no. 1,3,4 and 5 on the steps taken by the plaintiff for NDOH. Let

behalf of defendant no. 6 and 7 for providing them legible copy of
the documents. Copy supplied. Application disposed off
accordingly. WS be filed within three weeks with advance copy to
the opposite party. Thereafter, plaintiff shall be at liberty to file
