Judgment Debtor no.3 and 4 in person.
JD no.3 submits that JD no.1 who is her mother is
hospitalized.
Nazir has reported that the suit property falls under the
jurisdiction of East District. Ld Counsel for DH submits that initially
she filed the execution petition in the East District but the same was
transferred by issuing transfer certificate stating that property falls in
North-East District.
At this stage Nazir submits that he be given time to have
proper report from the filing counter and to apprise the court as to the
status of jurisdiction qua the suit property on NDOH.
