Central Jail No. 13, Mandoli, Delhi, wherein, it is submitted that
the applicant/accused was called and heard in person, wherein he
showed his apprehension from ante-party and also submitted that
on every production, the jail authority briefs the DAP guard
about the safety and security of all the UTPs, who has certain
apprehensions of any untoward situation during court date
production.
In view of the above, the present application stands
disposed of.
