Interim Order 112 Nov 2025
12 Nov 2025
Order Details: COPY OF ORDER Pdf Text: CS 401/25 HARISH BEDI Vs. NEELAM BEDI 12.11.2025 Fresh Civil Suit received by way of assignment. It be checked and registered. (Proceedings conducted through hybrid mode.) Present: Ld. Counsel for plaintiff. Heard. Perused. Plaintiff herein has sued his mother and two sisters and one brother inter alia for partition but, despite admitting that they all are class-I legal heirs of deceased Dara Singh Bedi, he is still claiming 1/3rd share in the property. This is premised on the ground that his father had sold some portion of the suit property so as to allow him to make expenses in the marriage of his sisters/D-2 and D-3. Presuming the same to be true, this cannot be a ground to deny share in the suit property to D-2 and D-3, if late Dara Singh Bedi died intestate. Again, the valuation made to the various reliefs in para 19 of the plaint shows that the total valuation placed by the plaintiff comes to Rs.330/- only. This would take the present suit outside the pecuniary jurisdiction of this Court. One opportunity is granted to the plaintiff to clarify on the above. List on 16.12.2025.
