    ALI FATIMA Vs. SAFDAR RAZA
    31.10.2025
Fresh Appeal received. It be checked and registered as per rules.
Present : Sh. Gurjeet Singh, Ld. Counsel for appellant with
    appellant.
Arguments on appeal heard. Record perused.
Let TCR be called for 24.11.2025.
The request for stay to the execution proceedings is
declined, considering the fact that prima facie the suit was essentially
a licensee/licensor dispute inter se the parties and the Trial Court has
come to a finding that after termination of license of his son (D-1) and
his daughter-in-law(D-2/appellant herein), they are liable to vacate the
    property.
As per appellant, the suit property is her matrimonial
house and she cannot be evicted therefrom. Various references were
made to the Trial Court record during arguments and before any
interim orders are passed, it shall be in the interest of things that the
    TCR may be perused.
