order dated 11.05.2026).
1. Copy supplied. Arguments heard.
2. Cost was imposed on D-3 vide order dated 11.05.2026 giving
opportunity to D-3 to file her written statement. The said order
is self explanatory and the cost was imposed to compensate the
plaintiff for the delay caused on account of D-3.
3. No ground is made out to waive the cost. Application is
dismissed.

4. Cost in terms of para 7 of order dated 11.05.2026 paid by D-3
to plaintiff.
5. D-3 has filed a written statement before today's date. It is taken
on record. Copy already supplied.
6. D-1 has not paid the cost imposed vide para 3 of order dated
11.05.2026.
7. There is no written statement of D-1 on record. Written
statement now stands filed for D-2 to D-4. Copy already
supplied. Counsel for plaintiff submits that plaintiff does not

wish to file any replication to the said written statements. Thus,
pleadings are complete.
8. Parties are directed to file their affidavits of admission/denial, if
not already done, within 4 weeks from today with copy to the
other side.
9. Parties are directed to produce respective original documents in
their possession on next date to allow admission/denial.
10.List for admission/denial and framing of issues on 01.09.2026.
