Rizwan.
IO is present. IO has played CCTV footage in the
Court. IO submits that he has taken clear photos of the CCTV
footage and filed on record.
At request of counsel for the accused, put up for
consideration on bail application as well as arguments on charge
on 15.12.2025.
Report received from the Jail Superintendent
regarding treatment of accused Faheem Khan. It is mentioned in
the report that he has been prescribed medicines for lower back
pain but Faheem Khan submits that he is taking same medicines
for the last three months, however, it is already mentioned in the
report that X-ray is yet to be done
Jail Superintendent is directed to file further report
after conducting X-ray of accused Faheem Khan.
