The case is fixed for PE, however, witness is unable
to appear today.
An application for seeking exemption from personal
appearance on behalf of the witness on medical grounds is filed.
Heard. Allowed for today only.
Since, witness is not available today, the case is
adjourned.
Now, put up for PE for recording evidence of
witnesses mentioned at serial no. 1 & 2 in the list of witnesses
through VC on 17.02.2025 and 21.02.2025.
Necessary intimation also be sent to the concerned
official of Aligarh District Court to make necessary arrangement
for recording evidence of witness mentioned at serial no. 1 & 2 in
the list of witnesses through VC.
IO is not present today despite service.
Perusal of the record shows that there are two
statements of witness Rukhsar, whereas, statement of witness
Afsana is not on record.

Notice was issued to the IO to clarify the same. But,
neither any clarification has been filed, nor IO has appeared.
In view of the same, Bailable Warrants in the sum of
Rs. 5000/- be issued against the IO, for 17.02.2025.
