Sh. Mohd. Naved, Ld. Counsel for the accused.
PW-2 Ms. Guddi has appeared through VC from
Aligarh District Court. However, Ld. Counsel for the accused has
submitted that he has been engaged yesterday only and sought
some time to cross-examine the witness.
Ld. Counsel for the accused has filed fresh
vakalatnama on behalf of the accused. Same is taken on record.
On the request of the Ld. Counsel for the accused,
the case is adjourned for cross-examination of PW-2 Ms. Guddi
on the date already fixed i.e. 05.12.2024. However, it is made
clear that no further opportunity will be granted to the accused to
cross-examine the PW-2 Ms. Guddi.
PW-2 Ms. Guddi is bound down for next date of
hearing.
Let notice to the IO and MHC(M) be also issued for
the next date of hearing.
Necessary intimation be also sent to the concerned
official at Aligarh District Court to make arrangement for
recording evidence of PW-2 Ms. Guddi through V.C.
