File taken up on an application filed on
behalf of the prosecution seeking permission to
examine the prosecution witnesses namely Allah Noor
Khan, Sameer Malik, Shamshuddin, Smt. Afsana, Smt.
Ruksar and Smt. Guddi through video conferencing. It
has been submitted that vide order dated 21.06.2024
passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, it has
been directed that the witnesses be examined through
video conferencing.
In view of the same, the application is
allowed. Notice be issued to the In-charge VC room,
Karkardooma Court as well as to the concerned official
of District & Sessions Court, Aligarh, U.P. to make
arrangement for examination of the witnesses through
VC for date already fixed i.e. 11.09.2024. .
Ahlmad is directed to write the down the
Meeting ID and VC link on the summons/notices to be
sent to prosecution witnesses and to the In-charge VC
room, Karkardooma Court as well as to the concerned
official of District & Sessions Court, Aligarh, U.P.
