Ld. Proxy counsel for the complainant has submitted
that the complainant as well as, the son of the complainant are unable
to come today, as, they are not in Delhi today and the complainant is
seriously ill. Moreover, one petition has already been filed before the
Hon’ble Supreme Court of India by the complainant seeking transfer
of the present case, which is listed on 08.7.2024.
In view of the same, the case is adjourned. It is made
clear that in case, the matter is not transferred and no stay is granted
by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, the complainant has to be
appeared on the next date of hearing for the purpose of evidence.
Now, put up on 29.7.2024.
Notice be issued to the IO for the next date of hearing.
