pending which is listed for today.
Perusal of the record shows that the two
main witnesses who are the sisters of the deceased are
yet to be examined.
The case is already listed for PE for
14.07.2025 and 16.07.2025 and witnesses at serial no.
2 and 3 have already been summoned.
In addition to witnesses at serial no. 2 and
3, witnesses at serial no. 4 and 5 also be summoned for
the date already fixed on 14.07.2025 and 16.07.2025.
Ld. counsel for complainant is directed to
ensure the presence of the witnesses in the Aligarh
Court on the next date of hearing.
Necessary intimation also be sent to the
concerned official of Aligarh District Court to make

necessary arrangement for recording evidence of
witnesses at serial no. 2 to 5 through VC on date
already fixed i.e. 14.07.2025 and 16.07.2025.
Now, put up on date already fixed i.e.
14.07.2025 and 16.07.2025. Fresh notice be issued to
IO for next date of hearing.
