In pursuance of the order of the Hon’ble
Supreme Court of India dated 21.06.2024, vide order
dated 02.09.2024 the application for examination of the
witnesses through VC was allowed and the Ahlmad
was directed to issue notice after mentioning the
Meeting ID and VC link on the notices to the
concerned official of District & Sessions Court,
Aligarh, U.P. to make arrangement so that evidence of
the witnesses could be recorded through VC, however,
the notice has not been issued. The Ahlmad is warned
to be careful in future.
Let, fresh notice be issued to the concerned
official of District & Sessions Court, Aligarh, U.P. with
the request to make arrangement so that prosecution
witnesses may be examined through VC as directed by
the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India vide order dated

21.06.2024.
Intimation be also sent to In-charge VC
Room/Computer Branch, Karkardooma Court to ensure
that the evidence is properly recorded through VC on
the next date of hearing. Ahlmad is further directed to
get scanned the entire record of the present case, as per
rules before the next date of hearing.
Now, put up on 05.10.2024 and
18.10.2024. Copy of this order be given dasti to both
the parties.
