The matter is fixed for evidence of the prosecution.
Notices issued to MHC(M) and IO/Insp. Karamveer
Singh are received back with reports 'served'.
IO/Insp. Karamveer Singh has sent a request,
wherein, it is stated that he is busy in law and order duties, so, he
is unable to appear in the court. So, he is exempted from personal
appearance for today.
Notice issued to witness Afsana is received back
with report 'unserved'. The brother of this witness has told to the
process server that Afsana had gone to Ahmdabad, Gujrat and the
process server has mentioned that brother and father of the
witness Afsana did not co-operate to the process server in serving
the notice to this witness, so, fresh notice is ordered to be
issued to witness Afsana for the next date of hearing.
Witness Allah Noor Khan is called upon through the
B/W.

B/W issued against the witness Allah Noor Khan is
received back with report, executed. But, despite of execution of
the B/W, this witness Allah Noor Khan failed to appear in the
court till 2:15 PM. The Ld. Counsel for the accused has
submitted that this witness is deliberately not appearing and the
accused is behind bars and warrants of arrest may be issued
against this witness. Accordingly, warrants of arrest are
ordered to be issued against this witness Allah Noor Khan
for the next date of hearing. Same is ordered to be
executed through the SHO concerned.
Since, the matter is already fixed for 20.4.2024, so,
the matter is ordered to be listed on the date already fixed i.e.
20.4.2024, for evidence of the prosecution. PWs be summoned
for the next date of hearing alongwith the IO and MHC(M).
