report served. Yesterday, witness Allah Noor Khan did not appear
despite repeated calls till 01:10 PM, so this Court had to order for
issuance of B/W against this witness Allah Noor Khan for today, but
yesterday at 02:25 PM, Allah Noor Khan witness had appeared
alongwith proxy counsel Shoaib and filed an application for
cancellation of B/W and Ld. Proxy counsel for the complainant had
told that this witness Allah Noor Khan undertakes to appear in the
Court today i.e. 22.02.2024 at 10 AM, so this Court had ordered for
not issuing B/W against this witness, but till 12:30 PM witness Allah
Noor Khan and other witness Sameer Malik did not appear before the
Court.
Matter is passover awaiting witnesses Sameer Malik and
Allah Noor Khan till 01:00 PM.

ordered to be executed through SHO concerned as they failed to
appear despite of service of notices.
