An application u/s 379 BNSS/340 Cr.P.C. r/w section 215
BNSS/195 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the plaintiff. Ld.
Counsel for the plaintiff is directed to supply copy thereof, to the
opposite side.
At this stage, Ld. Counsels for both the parties have stated
that they want to explore the possibility of settlement through
mediation in Mediation Centre, North East District Courts, Delhi.
Accordingly, the case is referred to mediation Cell for
23.03.2026 at 02:00 p.m. This is in terms of mediation ‘For the
nation 2.0’ vide circular no. 54/2026/DMC/KKD/Delhi dated
15.01.2026.
