Learned counsel for the appellant and the respondent
no.1 state that the appellant and the respondent no.1 have
amicably settled all their disputes for a total consideration of
Rs.5,50,000/- (Rs.2,75,000/- for appeal no.119/2024 and
Rs.2,75,000/- for appeal no.120/2024) vide settlement dated
17.08.2024 arrived at Mediation Centre, Karkardooma Courts,
Delhi. They state that the appellant has already paid the entire
settlement amount of Rs. Rs.5,50,000/- to the respondent No.1 in
compliance of the above mentioned settlement.
Separate statements of the appellant and the learned
counsel for the respondent no.1 recorded to this effect.
