the police officer to prepare the accident information report to facilitate the
settlement of claims within 03 months and containing such particulars and
submit the same to the claims Tribunal.
In the instant matter, it is not clear as to whether the
investigation officer has submitted the accident information report to the
Ld. Claims Tribunal concerned having jurisdiction over the area or not.
Petitioner is directed to obtain the report as to whether DAR has
not been filed in the instant matter before the Ld. Tribunal concerned
having jurisdiction over the area and to submit the same before the
