Ld. Proxy counsel for defendant submits that he has
filed written statement alongwith Statement of Truth, Certificate
u/s 63 of Bhartiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, list of documents along
with an application u/s 151 CPC read with section 5 of the
Limitation Act for condonation of delay in filing the written
statement, through e-filing. Hard copies are also filed on record.
Copies of the same are stated to have been supplied to Ld.
Counsel for plaintiff.
Ld. Counsel for plaintiff submits that he has filed an
application u/s VI Rule 17 read with section 151 CPC for
amendment of the plaint through e-filing. Hard copy is also filed
on record. Copy supplied. Ld. Proxy counsel for defendant
submits that he wants to file reply to the said application. Let the
same be filed within ten days with advance copy to opposite
party.
Put up for arguments on the application under Order
VI Rule 17 CPC as filed on behalf of plaintiff and on the
application u/s 151 CPC r/w section 5 of Limitation Act as filed
on behalf of defendant on 01.10.2024.
