Gyan Mitra and Sh. Jitender.
Respondent no-1 present in person.
Sh. Ankur Verma, Ld. Counsel for respondent no-1
appearing through VC.
Sh. Ghanshyam, Ld. Addl. PP for respondent no-2
(State).
Arguments from Ld. Counsel for the appellant have been
heard.
Ld. Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no-1
through VC has sought an adjournment to advance his arguments stating
that he could not appear before the court physically due to some
personal exigency. Ld. Counsel has also submitted that he needs to file
some documents but same are yet to be procured. He has not elaborated
that what additional documents are required to be filed at this stage.
On LDOH also, only proxy counsel had appeared on behalf
of respondent no-1 and matter was adjourned for today for non-
availability of main counsel.
In view of the above conduct, this court is not inclined to
give further opportunity to Ld. Counsel to advance his arguments on
behalf of respondent no-1.
Accordingly, matter be put up for orders on the appeal on
25.11.2025 at 02 PM.
However, the respondent shall be at liberty to file the
written submissions with advance copy to Ld. Counsel for the appellant.
