Order Details: COPY OF ORDER Pdf Text: SC 150/2026 STATE Vs. NARENDER KUMAR FIR No. 283/2024 PS (Gokul Puri) 24.07.2026 Present: Sh. S.K. Kain, Ld. Chief P.P. for the State. Accused is present on bail. Arguments on charge heard. The case of the prosecution is that complainant Ravinder Kumar has three brothers and two sisters and property no. C-106, Gali No. 11, Bhagirathi Vihar, near Pardeep Chakki has already been partitioned amongst four brothers but his elder brother/accused Narender Kumar used to quarrel on the issue of his share in the said property. Complainant has stated that on 18.07.2024 at about 12.17 p.m., one Abhishek Dhiman, who was resident of same area telephonically informed him that his elder brother Narender had given hammer blows to his wife Kusum due to which she sustained ear and foot injury and had gone to GTB Hospital for treatment. On his complaint, present FIR was registered. Charge-sheet has been filed for the offences u/s 110 BNS. From the above, a prima facie case is made out against the accused for the said offences. Charge framed accordingly, to which the accused pleaded not guilty and claimed trial. Be listed for PE on 29.08.2026. PWs at serial no. 1 to 3 be summoned for the said date.
