This is an application for release/return of original documents
moved on behalf of applicant/appellant.
Heard and perused the record.
This court had decided the appeal bearing no. RCA DJ 40/18
vide judgment dated 09.06.2025. Applicant wants some documents filed in
the said appeal to be released to her. After some arguments, applicant wants
to withdraw the present application and prays that the certified copies filed
with the application be returned to her. Application is dismissed as
withdrawn.
Subject to filing of self attested photocopies of the documents
sought to be released, let the certified copies of documents be returned to
applicant.
