Commons application U/o VIII Rule 1 on behalf of
defendant no 1 and defendant no. 2 to 5 filed. Same are taken together
being similar in nature. It is submitted on behalf of defendant no. 1 as
well as defendant no. 2 to 5 that though, they have filed their written
statements beyond the prescribed time period of 30 days but it is
within the period of 90 days. It is requested that the small delay be
condoned off. Ld. Counsel for plaintiff submits that he doesn’t want to
file the reply of the present applications of the defendants and further
submit that delay be condoned off. In the interest of justice, forwarding
the ends of justice with the expectation that further proceedings be not
delayed at any stage of the case the present applications filed U/o VIII
Rule 1 by defendant no. 1 as well as defendant no. 2 to 5 for delaying
in filing the written statements are disposed of as allowed.
