In these circumstances, R1 & R2 are hereby
proceeded ex-parte.

Meanwhile, pleadings of the parties are complete on
record.
On the basis of pleadings following issues are
hereby framed as under :-
i. Whether deceased died on account of injuries
sustained in accident having taken place on 31.12.2022 at about
11:45PM, at Main Pusta Road 2 ½ Pusta, Sonia Vihar, Delhi,
within the jurisdiction of PS Sonia Vihar, Delhi due to rash and
negligent driving of vehicle no. DL-1RW-4292 by respondent no.
1 ? OPP.
ii. Whether petitioner is entitled to compensation
? OPP.
iii. Which of the respondents is liable for
payment of compensation to petitioner ? OPP.
iv. Relief.
Put up for PE on 04.12.2024.
Petitioner is directed to supply the copy of evidence
by way of affidavit atleast 15 days prior to the NDOH to the
opposite party.
