Present: Sh. Raj Kumar Mittal, Ld. Counsel for appellant.
1. This is an appeal passed by the appellant assailing the
judgment dated 05.02.2026.
2. The appeal is also accompanied with an application seeking
condonation of delay is also filed on behalf of the appellant as there is a
delay in the filing of the present appeal.
3. Perused. Heard.
4. Let notice of the appeal alongwith the application for
condonation of delay be issued to the respondent on filing of PF/RC for
02.06.2026. Steps be taken within 7 days from today.
5. TCR be summoned for the NDOH.
6. At this stage, It is submitted by the Ld. Counsel for the
appellant that inadvertently the appellant has filed the original discharge
summary of her daughter in the documents filed alongwith the list of
documents filed alongwith the present appeal. It is stated that the original
discharge summary is required for the purpose of further treatment of
daughter of the appellant and therefore, the same may be allowed to be
released to the appellant from the judicial record and a copy thereof in
leu of the original may be taken on record.
7. In view of the submissions, let the original discharge

summary of Baby Vani (daughter of appellant) be released to the
appellant/her counsel against due acknowledgment and a copy thereof
furnished by the Ld. Counsel for appellant be taken on record.
