Warrants of attachment sent earlier have come back
unexecuted with a report that JD quarreled with the DH and bailiff.
JD has placed on record copy of an order passed in RFA
No. 555/25 wherein 8 weeks time has been granted to JD to deposit
50% of the decretal amount with the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi.
The said order is dated 25.06.2025.
Since the time for compliance of the said order is yet to
expire, re-notify this execution on 17.10.2025.
DH has also moved an application to bring on record
fresh address of JD. The said application is disposed off and the fresh
address of JD is taken on record.
